Spiritual Formation Leadership has become a buzzword in both secular and Christian circles. Therefore, for the purposes of this spiritual study, we must first discuss self-leadership before discussing effective principles, skills, and methods of leadership. The term self-leadership refers to a person’s ability to exercise self-control under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, an ability that leads to a consecrated and compassionate walk with the Lord that will induce others to follow and imitate.
